Visiting Texas: Things to Do in Montrose

Without hesitation, Montrose is easily one of my favorite neighbors in Houston. Overflowing with quirkinesses, the Montrose area is definitely worth the visit if you’re looking to let loose and have some fun. Check out some of my favorite places to eat, shop, and be entertained in Montrose:


Hamburger Mary’s Houston (Montrose) - One of, if not the best place for drag shows in Houston.

Pinot's Palette (Montrose) -

The Beer Can House | Covered with beer cans, bottles, and other beer paraphernalia. This once Houston home of John Milkovisch, is now a notable Houston museum.

Space Montrose | Cute little shop with tons of Texas themed items. Great place to shop for gifts.
