Music: Brunch On Sundays by Nas

Rapper, entrepreneur, and educator Nas released a new album recently titled, King’s Disease II which is a follow up to his 2020 King’s Disease album. The first track I heard from the album was Brunch On Sundays and it’s definitely worth listening to. I like how positive and full of good vibes it is. And speaking of brunch, did you know Nas is also a restaurant owner? Sweet Chick is a casual brunch style restaurant with locations in New York and California.

Nas has released a lot of great tracks over his career, I’ve been listening to his music since I was a kid; my all time favorite Nas track thus far is and probably always will be, If I Ruled The World from his 1996 It Was Written Album. Hey my music loving Butterflies. Every summer there's this one really banging song that no matter how many times the radio station plays it in a day, you turn it up like it's your first time hearing it...this is that song. I'm not really a fan of reality tv so I first became familiar with Cardi B via a meme someone posted on my timeline of her on the Love & Hip Hop New York' Season 6 Reunion episode making a super silly face. I looked her up and have been following her ever since; a lot of people comment on how annoying they think she is, I actually think she's funny. Since her L&HH days, Bronx native Cardi B has dropped two mix tapes; Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1 and 2 am I'm looking forward to her first album.
