Hé Butterflies! In cased you missed me or wondered where I was...I'M BACK!!!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR! Gosh it seems like forever since my last post. I went back to work for "corporate American" (lol) a few months back so I literally had no life and zero free time. Now that things have slowed down at work and the holidays have come and gone things are slowly starting to fall into a manageable routine for me so I should be able to get back to the full swing of things very soon. I only have one thing to say about going back to work full time while being a mom+wife...IT'S FREAKING EXHAUSTING!

Please don't misunderstand me I'm both very grateful and very glad to be working again I love working (I've been doing so since I was 15), I'm just saying it's hard when you have family type responsibilities; not to mention I'm trying to lose weight ( :-( I've gained more weight since starting work), build my business brand and I'm planning on going back to school this year.
I like being able to help provide for my family but I also like caring for them and being there for them. I know that like anyone with a lot on their plate finding balance, planning, being patient and not freaking out over the little stuff or when things don't go as planned are the keys to keeping my sanity on lock because it can be VERY stressful at times. In the first couple of months it was very difficult for me to even entertain the idea of a balanced daily schedule while working 12 hour shifts 6 days a week but over time things have begun to balance out and I'm starting to feel like I have a life again (yay me!) lol. Things that help me keep balance...meal prepping, planned shopping trips, and keeping a monthly, weekly and daily to do list.
Anyway that's that, if you're a working mommy and/or wifey with POSITIVE tips and/or advice on working while caring for your family and yourself please share below. I look forward to hearing from you guys and until then #HAPPY #SUNdayFUNday!
Laters!
