30 Days of Thanks: Taco Tuesday (Day 28)

Everyone has their go to comfort food right? Well, Mexican cuisine is mine and with that being said, today is taco Tuesday and after eating traditional Thanksgiving leftovers for almost a week, I’m thankful for these tacos from my neighborhood taqueria. Who invented tacos? What if they didn’t exist?


Fun Facts: 
October 4th is national taco day.
October 21st is international day of the nacho.
November 6th is national nachos day.
