My Natural Hair Part II: 2yr. Hairversary + The Pros & Cons of Natural Hair

I tried Bantu Knots for the first time!
Optimum Care Heat Protector

My great-grandmother (maternal) was Native-American (Blackfoot...I think), most of my mom's family were/are Louisiana Native American and or Creole. Although I know each individuals hair texture is unique and varies from family member to family member, genetics plays a huge part in our physical make-up and that includes our hair. Anyway, I said all that to say, like my mom and most of her peeps I have naturally reddish-brown and very soft textured hair that's also very curly. Since going natural I have learned so much  about my hair which lead me to compile a list of my natural hair pros and cons. Please keep in mind that these are just my opinion of my hair experiences, feel free to share your comments, thoughts and opinions below.
