Music: The Heart Speaks in Whispers - Corinne Bailey Rae

Hello my music loving Butterflies! It's #FeelGoodFriday and I just discovered  that Corinne Bailey Rae released a new album. The first time I heard a Corinne Bailey Rae song was about six years ago, an ex-coworker was listening to this song that caught my attention and being the music obsessed person that I am, I had to know who this artist was. The song was "I'd Do It All Again" from Corinne's second studio album "The Sea" released in 2010. Corinne Bailey Rae is a British singer/songwriter from Leeds, West Yorkshire. Her musical style is unique; as it includes soul, r&b, and jazz.

Although I discovered it a few years after it was released in 2006, "Like A Star" from Corinne's self-titled first studio album is still my favorite Corinne Bailey Rae track to date. I plan to check here out live when she's in my area this fall, if you want to see her live too here's a list of Corinne Bailey Rae's upcoming shows.
